If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it. To be eligible for a return, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Notify us via email or phone call as soon as possible so that we can prepare a return shipping label for you.
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating whether it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.
Custom items are not eligible for return or refund. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you within reason to correct any problems or defects until your concern is resolved. If you have any further question regarding your refund, please, don’t hesitate to contact us to find out more.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is not currently in stock or is back ordered, you will be notified.
We use USPS Priority Mail for most items and sometimes UPS. Due to the constraints of our shopping cart software, each item will be charged a separate shipping fee. In real life, we will combine your order into the smallest number of packages in order to minimize your shipping charge. At that point, we will reevaluate the shipping charge and refund the difference to you. Thank you for understanding!
For USPS Priority Mail shipments, we process shipping Tuesday through Saturday.
For UPS Ground shipments, we process shipping Tuesday through Friday.
We strive to ship items out to you as quickly as possible, however, our brick and mortar shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays. While our webstore is open 24/7 and notifications of orders are sent to us immediately, we only process orders during our physical business hours.
Fine art prints usually require 2 business days to produce. USPS Priority Mail shipping adds 2-3 business days in most cases. UPS shipping times vary based on your distance from our store in North Carolina.
Shipping flexibilty: We are able to expedite orders in some instances so if you need something more quickly, contact us prior to making your purchase online so we can discuss your purchase and shipping needs.
Once your items have been carefully wrapped, packaged and sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for the most current status information.
